Cassie Revel

She has worked in private and public companies across a range of industries in NZ, Australia, and the UK in globally networked organisations.

Most recently, Cassie served as Head of People and Culture at Immigration New Zealand, where she led people initiatives to strengthen leadership capability, develop high performing teams, and deliver people strategies that supported both organisational performance and employee wellbeing.

Her work spanned a globally distributed workforce with teams and operations in multiple international locations.

Cassie has led large operational departments, driven cultural transformation, and worked across the full spectrum of HR functions.  Her experience gives her a deep understanding of how to attract, develop, and retain world-class professionals.

She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from Massey University and undergraduate degrees from Australian universities.
