As CPO, Linda is fully focused on executing Wētā's business strategy through its people, in a way that helps them thrive.
She brings 20 years of experience from a wide range of small national as well as large multinational organisations, working in New Zealand and Australia.
With a subject matter background across all facets of HR, in industries such as telecommunications and most recently with accounting software giant Xero, she has led teams across multiple geographies. In particular, helping teams and businesses grow and scale has been a key part of her experience. Linda’s focus is always on enabling teams and people to do their best work, and on creating inclusive environments where people can have a true sense of belonging.
