Michael is Wētā FX's Senior Counsel
He provides advice on legal matters, deal-making and strategy to the Wētā FX Leadership Team. One of the longest-standing members of the executive team, Michael joined Wētā for The Lord of the Rings after a decade as an IP and business litigation partner in a US law firm. He has also served as the business affairs executive for animated television/streaming productions and entertainment technology company acquisitions.
